Each year I hold a seminar entitled PROGRAMMING FOR SUCCESS organised by the School of Objective Education in Auckland, New Zealand.

PROGRAMMING FOR SUCCESS is designed for people who want to attain the mental tools that will enable them to successfully achieve a good quality of life and a high standard of living.

This eight hour seminar introduces the natural laws associated with the qualities of harmony, sustainability, creativity and efficiency observed in nature and how to apply them to:
* attain and maintain excellent health
* attract stimulating harmonious relationships
* create exciting self-employment opportunities

The seminar consists of the following:
Introduction
Philosophy
The natural cycle - the basis of optimal function in nature
The normal cyclic thinking process
The central nervous system - how it works
The autonomic nervous system - a model for optimal mental function
The natural laws governing nature & the universe
The eight win-win principles of optimal mental performance derived from the natural laws governing nature
The spiral CNS questionaire and its interpretation
Programming with the eight win-win principles of optimal mental performance using visualisation and affirmations
Win-win communication
Eleven golden rules for for child raising
The role of nutrition in mental performance - the body chemistry factor
Physical exercise and mental performance

Notes are provided with the seminar

Following the seminar there is practical work to do at home. This entails 10 minutes every day for six weeks. Also included is a 3 hour project that involves interpreting information and solving problems using the eight win-win principles of optimal mental performance.

Three months after having completed the practical work participants are required to write a type-written progress report of one page about the impact or otherwise the seminar has had on their lives. This report is to be sent to The School of Objective Education, PO Box 35460, Browns Bay, Auckland 1330, New Zealand.
